Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and grooming for men, women, and children.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively.
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- cleaning duties to help keep the salon clean.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining focus on client needs.
- Strong communication skills for effective consultation and teamwork.
- Previous experience managing front desk responsibilities is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour
