Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Assistant to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop automotive industry skills while delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards sales and customer satisfaction. Prior customer service experience is a must and mechanic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with mechanical knowledge and a desire to learn. This position is essential in supporting the service department's operations, assisting with customer interactions, and contributing to overall business success.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with service check-ins
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist service advisors with paperwork and documentation
- Maintain customer and vehicle records
- Coordinate vehicle pickup and drop-off processes
- Help keep the service reception area organized
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive industry experience is an asset but not required

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
