Renaissance Granite – Countertop Installer / Installation Technician
Renaissance Granite is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. As a company specializing in high-end stone surfaces, we are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to grow with a fast-expanding, luxury-focused brand.
Position Overview
This role involves the delivery and professional installation of quartz, natural stone, and porcelain countertops at residential and commercial job sites. You will be responsible for handling premium materials with care while ensuring a flawless final result.
This is a physically demanding position that requires strength, precision, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Install quartz, granite, marble, and porcelain countertops with precision and care
- Load, transport, and unload stone surfaces, tools, and materials safely
- Mount sinks, set seams, and drill faucet holes on-site
- Perform final adjustments and problem-solve as needed during installations
- Ensure all work aligns with project specifications and company standards
- Conduct quality checks to maintain Renaissance Granite’s high-end finish standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of installation trucks and job sites
- Provide a professional, respectful, and polished experience when interacting with clients
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in countertop installation is an asset, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Physically capable of lifting 100+ lbs and working in a hands-on environment
- Clean, professional appearance when working in clients’ homes

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
