About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing dry cleaning team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. No dry cleaning experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Assist customers with garment drop-offs, pickups, and general inquiries
- Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, debit, and credit payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions in a professional manner
- Tag, sort, organize, and package customer garments with care and attention to detail
- Take basic customer measurements for alteration orders (training provided)
- Keep the front counter and customer service area clean, organized, and presentable
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide efficient service
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling cash and basic math calculations
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
