Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, conduct sales calls and expand customer relationships to achieve market share and volume targets
  • Provide superior internal and external service to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Genworth Canada products/services
  • Identify and fulfill training needs for account base
  • Manage and control expense budget for maximum return
  • Implement Six Sigma quality in the sales function
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
Some travel required

Qualifications:
  • University degree, preferably in business
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in the financial services industry (preferably mortgage lending)
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques (in particular relationship selling), and customer management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and computer (MS Office) skills
  • Ability to produce results with minimum supervision, in a fast paced change environment
  • Organizational and problem solving / analytical skills
