We’re Mader Group, a global mining maintenance company that keeps heavy equipment moving in mining, energy, and civil projects. Our recruitment team in Canada is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help us find the best in the business. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in the mining industry and working closely with blue collar roles.
Note: This is an office-based role in Calgary, working Monday-Friday.
Core Duties:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for high-demand, skilled trades roles
- Build and manage proactive talent pipelines across multiple provinces
- Launch sourcing campaigns to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Drive improvements in time-to-hire and candidate experience
- Own your market — know the trends, the talent, and what makes them move
- Help shape how we scale recruitment as the business grows
Desired Experience:
- Experience recruiting for BLUE collar roles is a requirement
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong communication skills, comfortable making decisions and owning results
- A proactive, people-first mindset, you care about the candidate experience
- A recruiter who enjoys being in-office and collaborating with a close-knit team
