As the Senior Product Manager, Retail Media Platform, you will help to create our Retail Media Platform by developing a deep understanding of our advertiser, media sales & operations teams’ technology needs and translating them into clear requirements for our development team.
What You'll Do
Be the voice of our brand advertisers and media sales & operations teams as we develop requirements and deliverables for the Loblaw Retail Media Platform
Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand user problems and translate them into clear technical specifications for our development teams
Critically assess feature requests and requirements to eliminate the non-essential
Conduct regular feedback sessions with stakeholders to ensure we are prioritizing the features that will deliver the most value for the Loblaw Media business
Manage stakeholder expectations and align senior leadership on roadmap
Does this Sound Like You?
You have 3-5+ years of product management experience, including building a retail media platform and advertising technology platforms
You have strong knowledge of product management principles and have a set of tried & tested best practices
You can easily build relationships and have been part of large, cross functional teams that are working to solve complex problems and build products for millions of Canadians (both customers and colleagues)
You have a customer first approach to building products, leveraging research and data paired with empathy to build experiences that create customer stickiness
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
You are obsessed with testing and experimentation is a core pillar of how you approach product development – aka you aren’t happy unless you’ve learned something after shipping
You have a growth mindset – you know there’s always a better way to do things and are willing to disrupt yourself or the status quo
