We are currently looking for a Plant Manager to join our team.
Plant Manager
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage plant budget and expenses to meet financial targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
- Implement and maintain effective systems for inventory management, procurement, and supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and reduce costs.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within the plant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, including production processes, maintenance practices, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the industry.
