Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Member to join our professional cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and welcoming. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas according to company standards
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning appointments within designated timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use
- Assist with organizing supplies and maintaining inventory levels for efficient operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns courteously and promptly
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus but not required
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep tasks is a bonus but not essential
- Experience with laundry and general household chores is advantageous
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
