What You’ll Do:
- Wick, pour, label, and package candles with care and precision
- Help us meet daily production goals while keeping quality top-notch
- Follow clear processes and training to create products our customers love
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist with order fulfillment for both online and wholesale
- If needed, assist with customers
- Pitch in with shipping, packing, and warehouse tidying when needed
- Work closely with a friendly, collaborative team who’s always ready to help each other succeed
What We’re Looking For:

- Comfort with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
- Ability to lift 20–40 lbs regularly
- Bonus points if you have experience in crafting, assembly, or manufacturing
The Details:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (occasional weekends)
- Starting Pay: $18.00-20.00/hour
- Perks: Performance review after 3 months, plus eligibility for company-paid benefits (50% coverage)
