InnovOak School is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Junior School teachers to join our growing team.
These positions are being created as a result of continued enrolment growth and are expected to begin in September 2026.
Unlike a traditional HomeForm position, this role focuses on subject instruction across Grades 1 to 6. Teaching assignments will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, instructional strengths, experience, and the needs of the school. Teachers may teach one subject or a combination of subjects depending on annual scheduling and enrolment.
This position is particularly well suited to new graduates and early-career teachers who are looking to build experience across multiple grades and subject areas while working in a collaborative and supportive independent school environment.

Ontario College of Teachers certification or eligibility for certification is strongly preferred.

Bachelor of Education completed or in progress.

Strong knowledge of one or more elementary subject areas.

Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.

A willingness to teach a variety of subjects based on school needs.

Experience with Cambridge curriculum, independent schools, or enriched academic programming is considered an asset but is not required.
