We are currently hiring an Analyst for Real Estate Private Equity acquisitions based in Toronto. The team focuses on direct private equity transactions across Canada. You will work on small deal teams to:
- Analyze potential investment opportunities
- Conduct research and due diligence in collaboration with advisors
- Build financial models to assist in investment evaluation, structuring and financing
- Actively participate in the investment process
- Develop relationships with management teams as part of monitoring portfolio entities

- Have 2 to 4 years of related work experience (e.g. investment banking, consulting, private equity, etc.)
- Excellent research, financial modeling, analytical and valuation skills, including experience evaluating and building real estate models
- Have a track record of academic achievement and professional advancement
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Are a strong mentor for others on the team
- Desire to live in Toronto and willingness to travel
- Have great communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Passion for Real Estate and experience with Real Estate transactions is required (hotel, multi-family rental asset repositions, developments, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
