CURRENTLY HIRING FOR CANADA DAY! Growing Bubbles Child Party Entertainment is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and energetic Entertainer's Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of creating unforgettable experiences at parties and events.
As an Entertainer's Assistant, you will support the performer throughout events, help ensure everything runs smoothly, and contribute to a fun, safe, and engaging atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities:
● Assist with event setup and teardown, including equipment, props, and supplies.
● Help keep the performance area organized, clean, and safe.
● Refill bubble solution and other supplies as needed during events.
● Monitor equipment and bubble tools to ensure they are not misplaced or damaged.
● Help manage crowds and direct children when necessary.
● Monitor children to help maintain a safe environment during activities.
● Support audience engagement by handing out materials or interacting with guests as directed.
● Capture high-quality photos and videos from creative angles for social media and marketing content.
● Respond quickly to the entertainer's needs throughout performances.
● Follow all safety procedures and assist during emergencies if required.
Qualifications:
● Experience working with children is required.
● Previous experience in events, entertainment, childcare, camps, or recreation is considered an asset but is not required.
● Friendly, outgoing, and professional with excellent communication skills.
● Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Able to multitask and remain calm in busy environments.
● Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
● Physically able to lift, carry, and set up entertainment equipment.
● Must have reliable transportation to event locations.
