Cylinder Maintenance
We are an industrial and medical gas cylinder sales and service facility looking for employees for general duties related to the industry. We perform hydrostatic & ultrasonic testing of compressed gas cylinders. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team environment with minimum supervision and must maintain a positive working relationship with fellow employees.
Position available:
High-pressure gas cylinder maintenance technician
We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in industrial applications who is eager to develop into a test station operator. We will provide in-house training and direct mentorship from senior leadership to prepare you for the role, and your responsibilities will evolve as you master our core processes.
Initial duties would include, but are not limited to: Cylinder venting, valve installation/removal, inspections and shot blasting, and preparing cylinders for shipment.
It is understood that most candidates may not have related experience in the industry. We are able to train employees on-the-job however the following knowledge/experience are assets we are looking for:
· Compressed gas handling and associated safety procedures
· Industrial/Mechanical experience
· Computer literacy
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $22/hour +, based on experience
Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
*Weekend shifts sometimes available
