I Have A Crush On You is on the hunt for a weekend warrior with vintage vibes and stellar sales skills! We’re looking for a Pop-Up Sales Assistant to help run our Saturday and Sunday market booth, featuring a curated collection of vintage clothing and accessories. This role is perfect for someone personable, dependable, style-savvy, and who genuinely enjoys chatting with customers and helping them find something they'll love.
You’ll be based out of @ihaveacrushonyoushop in Liberty Village, with most of your time spent out in the field representing us at the pop-up. Think fun, fast-paced, and fashion-filled weekends!
Must be available both Saturdays and Sundays.
Typical hours are approximately 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Main responsibilities include:
- Setting up and taking down the pop-up booth with help from one other person. Must be comfortable lifting and transporting bins, clothing racks, and other market equipment.
- Merchandising vintage clothing and accessories to look inviting and shoppable
- Engaging with customers and making sales
- Handling payment transactions using Square
- Keeping the booth tidy and organized throughout the day
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident talking to customers
- Reliable and punctual (you'll be representing the shop and interacting with customers throughout the day)
- Comfortable working independently once the booth is set up
- Interested in fashion, vintage, and/or small business retail
- Able to lift and carry bins, clothing racks, and other market equipment during setup and teardown
Bonus points for:
- Merchandising or styling experience
- A great eye for display and aesthetics
- A love for secondhand and sustainable fashion
