Clinic Administrative & Patient Care Assistant
Multidisciplinary Healthcare Clinic | Cambridge, Kitchener & Waterloo

We are looking for a long-term team member to join our busy multidisciplinary healthcare clinic, serving patients of all ages, including pediatric patients. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing five-star patient service, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys being part of a supportive, professional healthcare environment.
IMPORTANT — Please Read Before Applying
This position requires the ability and willingness to work at multiple clinic locations throughout Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo.
At an absolute minimum, applicants MUST be available to work ALL of the following Cambridge shifts:
- Monday: 7:30 am – 1:30 pm
- Tuesday: 1:15 pm – 7:15 pm
- Wednesday: 7:45 am – 1:15 pm
- Thursday: 1:15 pm – 7:45 pm
Please apply only if you are available for ALL four of these shifts. Additional availability and flexibility to work at our other Tri-City locations is strongly preferred.

Experience That Would Be an Asset
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- Working in a multidisciplinary healthcare, rehabilitation, chiropractic, physiotherapy, or similar clinical environment
- Jane App
- Direct billing and Extended Health Care (EHC) insurance
- Assisting practitioners with Laser Therapy
- Assisting with Shockwave Therapy
- Patient scheduling, reception, administrative duties, and patient flow
Don't have experience with everything listed above? We are willing to train the right person. Attitude, reliability, professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to learn are extremely important to us.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position in a multidisciplinary clinic where you will interact with patients of all ages, including children and families. Depending on your experience and training, responsibilities may include patient reception and communication, scheduling, administrative duties, direct billing, maintaining smooth clinic flow, and assisting practitioners with various aspects of patient care.
The successful candidate will be someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, stays organized, and understands that an exceptional patient experience is created through the little details.
Immediate availability to begin training is required.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
