Marcon is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the successful delivery of residential and mixed-use development projects. Reporting to a Development Director, this role plays an important part in keeping project information, documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination organized and moving forward.
Working closely with Development Managers, Development Directors, consultants, and cross-functional teams, the Development Coordinator helps ensure projects remain well-coordinated from early planning through approvals and delivery. This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who is interested in building a career in real estate development and gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will support project administration, meeting coordination, documentation management, reporting, research, and stakeholder follow-up while contributing to disciplined project execution and team effectiveness.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced development professionals on a diverse portfolio of projects while building foundational knowledge of the real estate development process. You will gain exposure to municipal approvals, consultant coordination, project planning, cross-functional collaboration, and development execution within a dynamic and growing organization.
As a key member of the Development team, you will help maintain project momentum by ensuring information is organized, communication flows effectively, and project teams have the support they need to achieve successful outcomes.

0–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, project assistant, real estate, planning, or development support role

Diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field preferred
