As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our
executive team as Vice President, People, Development & Culture.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, People, Development
& Culture will lead the Company’s human resources strategy and oversee all aspects of
people management, organizational development, culture, leadership development, talent
acquisition, succession planning, compensation, employee relations, and workforce
engagement.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and supporting a high-
performance culture across corporate and operational sites while ensuring alignment with
the Company’s strategic objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Company’s people and culture strategy in alignment with
corporate objectives, purpose and core values.
- Provide strategic HR leadership and support to the executive team and operational
leadership.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and retention
initiatives.
