As a Fast Food Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. *Duties*
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and food preparation equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and accurately process payments.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
*Experience*
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service environment is required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
