What You'll Do
As the Regional Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across your territory while managing the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation through to closing and ongoing account management.
In this role, you will:
- Own the full sales cycle, from qualifying inbound opportunities to negotiating and closing new business.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with commercial brokers, referral partners, and prospective clients.
- Conduct client tours, presentations, and consultations to showcase workplace solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Foster strong relationships with existing members to support renewals, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on regional sales initiatives, market opportunities, and business development strategies.
- Prepare agreements and coordinate contract administration throughout the sales process.
- Participate in networking events and business development activities within your region.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in English and French (required).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive, customer-first approach with strong consultative selling abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot is considered an asset).
- Experience within coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, or another service-based industry is an asset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within your assigned region.
