Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and cash handling procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability and work flow productivity
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence
- Plus other assigned duties
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in managing financial aspects of the business such as budgeting and cost control
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
