We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing operator to join our team and help elevate our brand across a variety of paid media channels. Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., TV, Radio, Out of Home, Digital/SEM, Social), ensuring all initiatives drive store traffic and align with national retail objectives.

Collaborate with external media partners and agencies, auditing performance with a critical eye to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and optimized for business KPIs.

Continuously monitor campaign performance, providing proactive recommendations and executing rapid pivots to meet the fast pace of the retail environment.

Ensure a seamless, integrated customer experience by working closely with the owned media team to maintain consistency across the entire 360-degree funnel.

Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring paid media campaigns are measured, effective and deliver a positive return on investment.

Be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver on deadlines, while keeping all stakeholders informed.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

2–4 years in Retail Paid Media (Enterprise level preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with proven experience executing campaigns.

Strong understanding of TV/Radio reach/frequency and post-buy analysis.

Experience acting as the primary point of contact for external agencies or media reps.

Experience planning and executing media budgets with strong ability to manage pacing and accruals of complex monthly spend across multiple vendors.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Compensation:
Starting rate for this position is 50-65k
