About Wellings: Wellings is a vibrant new community for adults 55+ located in Stittsville. This award winning rental community features our signature atrium living concept, complete with dining room, café, and fully licensed pub.

Key Responsibilities:
- Encouraging and ensuring a high level of customer service
- Adhere to Steps of Service, and policies and procedures put in place by Management.
- Answer any questions members may have regarding food and beverage services.
- May be assigned to any other job function in the Wellings Community on a relief basis.
- Adhering to pertinent health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work in a caring and considerate manner.
- Must be able to perform in a high energy, positive and ever-changing work environment.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure during possible emergency situations.
- Must demonstrate the ability to support, practice and deliver to the Wellings Residents 100% of the time.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Must demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability.
