Ballad's FSCL Program is offering an exclusive opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team and gain valuable skills and certifications.
Ballad's Fundamentals of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (FSCL) program is designed to equip unemployed Albertans with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the logistics and transportation industry. Our comprehensive program covers essential aspects of inventory management, warehousing, and logistics. In addition to technical skills, we emphasize soft skills development to prepare you for success in the workplace.
As a Logistics and Transportations Coordinator, you will embark on a 16-week journey with us, including 12 weeks of in-class training and 4 weeks of hands-on work experience with our industry partners. During the program, you will gain expertise in various aspects of logistics, including:

Inventory Control/Management
- Warehouse Operations
- Logistics Coordination
- Transportation
- Distribution
- Customer Service
- Safety Certifications (WHMIS, TDG, Forklift)
Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive CITT Canadian Transportation & Logistics Fundamentals MicroCredential, as well as two credits (Transportation Systems and Logistics Processes) towards the CITT-Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP) designation.
