Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide front-counter, phone, and email support for customers needing heavy equipment, truck, and trailer parts.
- Research, source, quote, and supply parts for a wide range of equipment, truck, and trailer applications.
- Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, pricing, payments, and related parts documentation.
- Support shop technicians and field mechanics by coordinating parts availability and back-counter requests.
- Manage parts inventory, core returns, warranty claims, shipping and receiving, and inventory counts.
- Build strong customer relationships while supporting parts sales growth, accurate billing, and efficient service department operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience with heavy equipment, truck, or trailer parts.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to support walk-in, phone, and email customers.
- Working knowledge of parts sourcing, inventory, order-entry, quoting, and invoicing processes.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PC-based inventory or order-entry systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support a fast-paced parts and service environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with interest in long-term growth within the parts department.
- Journeyperson Parts Technician certification or enrollment in a Parts Technician Apprenticeship program.
- Previous sales experience in a parts environment.

Compensation:
- $25.00 – $40.00/hour based on education and experience

Shifts:
Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturday shifts, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
