Job Description:
Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. You will also address clients' queries and ensure our rooms are fully stocked, clean, and inviting at all times. Room attendants will ensure all guest rooms are ready for the next guests to arrive. This position requires bending, kneeling, lifting, pulling, reaching, and repetitive arm movements.
Duties:

Demonstrate a strong work ethic with the ability to stand for long periods.

Vacuuming and mopping of various types of floors.

Dusting all surfaces.

Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms.

Stripping beds and putting all dirty laundry in the laundry cart, then ensuring the cart is returned to the basement.

Demonstrate a high level of Guest Focus by striving for high guest satisfaction, going out of the way to be helpful and pleasant, and making it as easy as possible for our guests.

Demonstrate ability to follow instructions, maintain appropriate appearance, comply with team Member policies and procedures, and be willing to learn.

Conditions of Employment:
Must be able to bend, crouch, lift, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods. The ability to lift up to 40 lbs is required. The nature of a 24/7 industry calls upon Resort Cleaners to cover a range of shifts, including, but not limited to, regular evening and weekend work and holidays.
