Project Manager – Sunroom Sales & Installations
Location: Red Deer, Alberta
We specialize in designing and installing custom sunrooms that elevate comfort, style, and property value. With a growing client base across Red Deer and surrounding areas, we’re looking for a dynamic Area Manager to lead our sunroom projects from initial sale to final installation.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Client Engagement
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored sunroom solutions
- Prepare quotes, close sales, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Project Management
- Oversee all phases of sunroom installations—from site assessments and permitting to scheduling and execution
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Operations & Leadership
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and client communications
- Resolve issues proactively and ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience in residential construction, renovation, or home improvement projects
✅ Strong sales acumen and customer service skills
✅ Excellent organizational and communication abilities
✅ Knowledge of Alberta building codes and permitting processes
✅ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Bonus Skills
✨ Experience with sunroom or patio enclosure systems
