As a Customer Support Analyst, you play an integral role during all stages of projects within the Customer Support Team in North America. You will provide a range of support services to UNIT4 customers across the world. This can include, but is not limited to, application and technical support of Unit4’s Prevero and Business World applications. This position is based in Victoria, British Columbia.

What you will do

You will maintain daily contact with customers via telephone and e-mail, providing updates and essential information regarding customer cases owned by the Analyst..
You will prioritize calls, follow up and escalate if required, to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will use remote session software such as GoTo Meeting, TeamViewer, or Skype to investigate customer issues.
You will test and troubleshoot the full range of the Business World application suite including functional operation of the product, as well as system administration and other technical areas..
You will coordinate with the Research and Development teams both locally and internationally.
You will write and execute database queries.
You will provide Application Training to customers as needed.
And provide assistance with any other job-related duties as required.

Your profile

You have an understanding of relational databases (MS-SQL or Oracle) and the ability to extract and manipulate data using Structured Query Language (SQL).
You have a strong knowledge of MS Office products, Excel in particular.
You hold a diploma in Computer Science with an aptitude for technology or equivalent experience is desired
