We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Reception/Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting daily operations within our office and spa environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and some experience and a professional demeanor to ensure smooth office functioning and positive client interactions.
Wellness Facility & Holistic Health Clinic – Whitby, ON
We are a wellness facility and holistic health clinic in Whitby offering sauna, cold plunge, and integrative health services. We are seeking a Reception & Wellness Attendant to support both our front-desk operations and the upkeep of our wellness rooms.
This role is ideal for someone who is experienced and enjoys working in a calm, health-focused environment and understands that excellent care is supported by both professional reception and high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Reception & Client Support
- Greet clients professionally and manage check-ins and check-outs
- Handle bookings, scheduling, and payments
- Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Communicate clinic and wellness policies clearly
Wellness Room Care & Sanitation
- Mop, laundry, sanitize, and reset sauna and cold plunge rooms between sessions
- Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Maintain towels, robes, and wellness amenities
Clinic & Facility Support
- Support daily opening and closing procedures
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory tracking
- billing, booking, calling patients,
- Experience with quickbooks and booking systems
- Maintain a clean, calm, and professional environment across the facility
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods
- Able to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Experience in wellness, spa, clinic, or hospitality settings is an asset
Schedule
- Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
- Day time availability preferred and some evenings/ weekends

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
