Olivier's La Boulangerie is a French Artisan Bakery in BC, located in Coquitlam. Our team of Bakers, Packers, Sales, and Logistics work around the clock to produce and distribute bread and pastries without any chemical preservatives, GMO grain or high gluten elements to the entire lower mainland.
We are looking for a reliable Route Driver to operate our daily shuttle between Nanaimo and our bakery in Coquitlam. This role is responsible for transporting our freshly baked artisan bread between Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland six days per week.
This is a dedicated route with consistent hours and no overnight travel. You will be home every night.

How your workday looks like?
- Pick up truck from Nanaimo parking location
- Travel to Departure Bay terminal
- Ferry to Horseshoe Bay
- Drive to our Coquitlam bakery
- Load pre-staged product
- Return to Vancouver Island via ferry
- Drop truck at designated parking location
Key responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles between Nanaimo and Coquitlam
- Transport fresh bakery products according to schedule
- Load and unload the products as required
- Complete daily vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle
- Communicate any delays, vehicle issues, or route concerns promptly
- Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations

What you’ll bring?
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence (Class 3 preferred)
- Clean Driver's Abstract
- Comfortable operating vehicles ranging from a 16-foot box truck to a 5-ton truck
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift and move bakery products as required
- Reside within approximately 30 minutes of the Nanaimo Departure Bay terminal
