Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and illnesses by developing personalized treatment plans. Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and health maintenance
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and infection control protocols during all procedures
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Experience with acute care environments is highly desirable
- Background working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices and medical terminology is essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team are required
- Prior experience in pediatrics or specialized fields such as sports medicine or neurological rehabilitation is advantageous
