Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Seat guests and manage reservations efficiently
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Answer phones professionally and assist with guest inquiries
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- Familiarity with hotel or customer service environments is a plus

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
