CSN DS Automotive, part of the CSN Collision Centres network, is seeking an experienced Automotive Prepper/Painter to join our growing team in Winchester, Ontario. This is a full-time, permanent position offering team bonus pay, health & dental benefits, RRSP matching, and a supportive work environment. What You’ll Do
- prepare vehicles for painting (sanding, masking, taping, priming)
- Clean and degrease surfaces prior to paint application
- Work with painters and technicians to meet production schedules
- gradually move into refinish-based on skills and experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety procedures and shop protocols
Qualifications
3+ year experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow
- Knowledge of prepping and priming tools and techniques
- I-car courses and body/refinish licence preferred
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Occasional overtime based on workload
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
