*Job Overview* We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Busser to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a restaurant setting. *Duties* - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Clear tables efficiently to ensure smooth turnover for incoming guests - Answer phones, take reservations, and assist with customer inquiries - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a positive dining experience for guests *Qualifications* - Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills - Willingness to help out wherever needed to support the team
