Founded in Hamilton in 1979 by John Bear, the group now has three dealerships in Southwest Ontario and sells GMC, Chevrolet, Buick and Cadillac vehicles in St. Catharines, Hamilton, New Hamburg, as well as the surrounding Niagara and Kitchener-Waterloo regions.
Position Summary:
John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC Cadillac Ltd. is looking for a reliable and customer friendly part-time Receptionist for our Hamilton dealership to work Monday's o Thursday's 4pm to 8pm, plus fill reception coverage as needed.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Responsibilities:
Answering a multi-line switchboard.
Greeting customers in a polite manner as they enter the building and directing them to the proper areas of the dealership.
Assisting Sales Managers and sales staff with basic office administration.
Making sure office equipment is running properly (copiers have toner and paper).
Sorting and filing service repair orders and Parts customer invoices.
