Position Overview
We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated subcontractor RMTs for both our North York and Downtown locations.
As a valued member of Hammam Spa, you’ll provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation services while fostering long-term client relationships. You’ll have the flexibility of subcontractor scheduling and the opportunity to work within a beautiful, supportive environment.
Compensation
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, and Prenatal Massage
- Conduct client consultations and review health histories before each session
- Maintain accurate client treatment notes
- Provide home care recommendations and promote repeat visits
- Ensure treatment rooms and shared areas are clean and well-maintained
- Uphold Hammam Spa’s high standards of professionalism, safety, and client care
- Collaborate positively with colleagues and management
Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Registered business with HST number
- Exceptional client care and communication skills
- Ability to provide a range of massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Prenatal)
- Dependable, professional, and punctual
- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day
- Ability to issue invoices and handle your own taxes
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
