Building Maintenance
Job description
• Perform maintenance and repair work on buildings;
- Perform preventive maintenance on rolling equipment;
- Participate in snow removal around buildings;
- Occasionally, perform tasks related to the housekeeping of sheds;
- Carry out work of all kinds in carpentry, plumbing, painting, welding, electricity;
- Any other related tasks.
Skills and qualifications
• Good experience in industrial building maintenance;
- Knowledge of compressor maintenance, glycol heating system, natural gas and
ventilation vent;
- Experience in welding and electricity, an asset;
- Good team player;
- Good physical condition;
- Sense of organization, autonomy, rigor and resourcefulness.
