We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Brunch Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurants is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.
