We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of construction projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Assist with coordinating project activities to support successful project execution
- Support scheduling, resource planning, and subcontractor coordination
- Monitor project progress and help ensure project milestones are achieved
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and project records
- Assist with contract administration and document control processes
- Ensure project files are accurate, organized, and up to date
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Support clear and timely communication across all project stakeholders
Risk & Issue Management
- Assist in identifying project risks, challenges, and scheduling concerns
- Work with project teams to help develop solutions and mitigation strategies
Administrative Support
- Support procurement, project tracking, change management, and coordination activities
- Assist senior project team members with day-to-day project operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in an engineering coordination or project coordination
- Experience in structural steel, manufacturing, fabrication, industrial, or construction environments preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, and project tracking tools; experience with Tekla, AutoCAD, or Revit is a strong asset.
- Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documentation preferred
