Part-Time Night Auditor
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton SW – Windermere is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
Qualifications
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is required Previous experience working at an IHG-branded hotel is required
Experience with Opera PMS is required Post-secondary education in Hospitality or a related field is an asset
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Responsibilities
Perform all nightly audit procedures and ensure accuracy of daily financial reporting
Balance and reconcile all revenue, settlement, and payment accounts
Complete end-of-day procedures and prepare systems for the next business day Maintain accurate records and reports for management review
Welcome guests and provide professional check-in and check-out services
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and inquiries
Answer incoming phone calls and process reservations
Monitor hotel security and safety procedures during overnight hours
PMS system and contact technical support when necessary
Follow all cash-handling, credit card, and accounting procedures
Schedule
Approximately 16–24 hours per week
Overnight shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend and holiday availability required
