Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our NEW healthcare facility which will compromise of a medical clinic and pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background medical office environments, with proven supervisory experience. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, maintaining high standards of patient care, and managing staff effectively.
Duties
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain electronic medical records systems to ensure accurate patient documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and enhance service delivery.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency within the clinic.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to address concerns and improve patient satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to medical terminology standards and protocols within the clinic setting.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is required.
- Proficient with medical EMR/software.
- Strong background in human resources management, including staff supervision and training.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems is essential for effective clinic management.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare context is preferred.
- Background in nursing or acute care settings is a plus, enhancing understanding of clinical operations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
