Role Summary:
We’re looking for a Marketing & Copilot Enablement Coordinator who is equal parts organized operator, confident communicator, and curious learner.
This is a hybrid role where you will:
- Keep our marketing engine running smoothly
- Play a key role in delivering Copilot training and AI enablement experiences
This is a hands-on role at the centre of brand execution and one of our fastest-growing practice areas. You will help campaigns, events, training sessions, and client-facing AI experiences come to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Marketing Coordination & Campaign Execution• Execute marketing campaigns across digital, events, and email
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Support the planning and execution of high-touch executive events
- Maintain website, landing pages, and marketing materials
- Track and report on campaign performance
2. Copilot Training & Enablement Support
- Coordinate logistics for Copilot training sessions and workshops
- Support the delivery of client-facing sessions (virtual and in-person)
- Prepare presentations, materials, and training assets
- Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve our approach
- Help build playbooks, templates, and repeatable training experiences
3. Content & Thought Leadership Support• Support creation of AI, Copilot, and customer story content
- Help develop case studies, executive materials, and event content
- Organize and maintain our growing library of marketing and training assets
Who You Are:

- You are comfortable presenting ideas, facilitating conversations, or speaking in front of a group
- You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and clients in a professional, polished way
- You are curious about AI, Copilot, and emerging technologies, and you are willing to become fluent quickly
- You have strong graphic design and web design skills, with previous hands-on experience creating polished marketing assets
- You are able to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team
- You have a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience in a fast-growing company or similarly demanding environment
