Equation Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Cooks/Kitchen Prep Workers for a post-secondary campus in Red Deer, Alberta. If you have previous kitchen experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are available to start immediately, we'd love to hear from you!
- Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and food production
- Prepare ingredients, wash, peel, chop, and portion food
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Support cooks and kitchen staff as required
- Assist with cleaning equipment and kitchen facilities
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen or food service environment
- Valid Food Safe Certificate (required)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Available to start immediately
