Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Auto Glass & ADAS Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team in Mississauga & North York. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly replacing and repairing windshields, side and back glass, sunroofs, and window mechanisms, alongside performing critical Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations. Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in the auto glass industry
- Core Expertise: Must be proficient in:
- Windshield replacements & repair
- Side and back glass replacements
- Sunroof / regulator and window mechanism repairs
- Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration
- Quality & Safety: Commitment to maintaining high safety standards, OEM specifications, and clean workmanship at all times.
Technical Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Ability to remove damaged glass, install new glass with precision, and ensure proper fitment and adhesion.
- Thoroughly inspect vehicles to identify additional repair needs or potential issues.
Physical & Operational Demands:
- Safely handle heavy lifting when moving large glass panels or vehicle parts as part of daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean work area, adhering strictly to safety standards and protocols.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair procedures, timelines, and safety precautions.

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
