Duties
- Provide advanced skincare treatments including facials, microneedling, microdermabrasion, body waxing, lash lift, brow lamination, and threading to meet individual client needs.
- Assist customers with product demos and recommend retail products to support their skincare routines.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by ensuring a friendly, professional atmosphere and addressing client inquiries with clear communication.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and upselling services or products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and treatment options to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
- Stay current with industry trends and new treatments to continually enhance service offerings.
- Ensure appropriate use of CRM, following Infection Prevention and Control, and deliver outstanding customer care standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures essential for maintaining hygiene standards.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations.
- Skilled in performing body waxing, eyelash lift and brow lamination , makeup application is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently at the front desk.
