As a Powersport Vehicle Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and their dreams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Be PASSIONATE in providing exceptional experiences for all our clients.
- Engaging with clients through various communication platforms, such as in person, phone, web, social media, and more.
- Guiding clients through the purchasing process and assisting with financial options.
- Becoming an expert on our extensive range of recreational products.
- Participating in retail consumer shows, client events, and "Demo Day" events.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Offering valuable input in post-season results, pre-season bookings, strategizing, and marketing opportunities.
- Upholding a professional, courteous, respectful, and ethical manner in all interactions.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong communication skills across different channels.
- Team collaboration and contribution abilities.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Windows-based programs).
- Strong organizational and discipline skills.
- Self-reliance and teamwork capabilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Class 5 driver's license.
- Professional sales training (recommended, not required).

Some additional points to consider:
- A Class 5 driver's license and experience towing trailers.
- Knowledge and experience in operating various styles of ORV’s, snowmobiles, motorcycles, PWC’s, and/or boats is a big plus.
- Success in this role often requires a love for powersports and water sports.
- Travel internationally for factory meetings and training.
- Get trained on the various products we sell, including all vehicles we sell.
