Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile Office Administrator to coordinate and facilitate our daily operations. You will be the backbone of our office, handling everything from customer inquiries to basic bookkeeping and helping with shipments of customer order. Key Responsibilities
· Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist clients with order placement.
· Bookkeeping: Prepare invoices, monitor accounts receivable/payable and make basic data entry.
· Shipping & Logistics: Pack orders, prepare shipping labels, coordinate with couriers, and help track inventory.
· Office Management: Order office supplies, organize files, and ensure the workspace runs smoothly.
· General Support: Assist the management team with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as an office administrator, assistant, or similar role.
· Understanding of bookkeeping/accounting principles. Experience with Quickbooks is strongly desired.
· Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Speaking excellent English is necessary.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to work independently and pivot between tasks quickly.
· Knowledge of the automotive glass industry is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
