The Role We are looking for
A skilled, experienced Landscape Construction Tradesperson to join our crew on a full-time seasonal basis.
This is a hands-on field position working directly alongside the owner on premium residential projects throughout West Vancouver and the North Shore.
If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and can look at a finished stone patio or custom arbour and feel genuine satisfaction ,we want to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing
Installing natural and paving stone patios, pathways, stairs, and retaining walls
Building custom exterior carpentry structures including decks, fences, arbours, gates, and trellises
Constructing stone planters, fireplaces, and water features
Performing site preparation, drainage, and grading work
Working on tight-access, steep, and complex residential sites that require problem-solving and physical capability
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times
What We Are Looking For Skills & Experience Demonstrated
Experience in stonework and/or masonry (natural stone, flagstone, paving stone, retaining walls)
Demonstrated experience in exterior carpentry (decks, fences, stairs, structures)
Background in landscape construction is strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret basic site plans or sketches
Comfortable working on physically demanding sites — steep terrain, no machine access, heavy lifting

Able to carry a task through from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Practical Requirements
Must be local to West Vancouver, North Vancouver, or surrounding area
Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle . Job sites vary across the North Shore and Bowen Island
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
