As a Client Success Specialist, you'll guide clients through implementation, adoption, and optimization of the 1Life platform so they can build safer workplaces, strengthen their businesses, and create greater peace of mind for themselves and their teams.

The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people succeed.

This is not a passive support role.
You'll become a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize value from the platform while driving adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Onboard and train new clients
- Build strong relationships with business owners and administrators
- Help clients achieve successful software adoption
- Troubleshoot challenges and coordinate solutions
- Proactively engage underutilized accounts
- Gather client feedback and influence product improvements
- Identify opportunities for client growth and expansion

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Technical Support, SaaS, Training, or a similar role
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn technology quickly and work independently
Experience in SaaS, Workplace Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or Technical Support is an asset.
Location
Full-time, in-office position in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
