The BBM (Bell Business Market) Security team offers Bell customers a range of security products (professional services and managed services). We are also responsible for providing compliance and security risk analysis services relating to tenders and contractual arrangements to Bell business units. Finally, we are responsible for coordinating complex and strategic security tenders. We are looking for someone with leadership, collaborative skills and willing to work with various Bell business units across Canada.

Description

We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual to fill a Senior Security Product Manager position.

Role and responsibilities

Analysis and approval of security clauses relating to contractual agreements with clients
Analysis and approval of security clauses relating to calls for tenders;
Respond to annual security questionnaires requested by clients;
Internal support for the business units of Bell Business Market regarding security: architectures, audits, solution, technologies, security approval, etc .;
Coordinate complex and strategic security calls for tenders;
Act as lead security architect within the framework of complex calls for tenders that may simultaneously include several technological fields such as contact centers, data and voice networks (MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN, etc.) IP and conventional telephony, security, and all other types of solutions or technological areas of services offered by BBM.

Training and skills

Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
A minimum of 10 years of security experience
Strong expertise and experience in various fields of information technology
Bilingual - French and English (verbal, reading and writing) is required for the position in order to be able to respond to calls for tenders and work with Bell business units across Canada.
Good writing skills
Knowledge of governance and security norms / standards: ISO 27000 family, NIST, PCI-DSS, etc.
Knowledge of concepts and legislation regarding privacy: PIPEDA, GDPR, PII, etc.
Knowledge of certifications and security audit reports: ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, etc.
Knowledge of risk analysis concepts (ISO 27005)
Knowledge of security policy concepts
In-depth knowledge of information security systems, such as Firewalls and UTM, SIEM, DDOS, IPS, VPN, Cloud security service (ex: ZScaler), Threat detection and prevention (ex: FireEye), GIA , NAC, etc.
Experience in the design of technological and security architecture
General knowledge of technological environments: VMWare, Active directory, cloud computing platform, SAN, etc.
Autonomy and ability to work in ambiguous circumstances
Ability to work in a team and in collaboration with several business units
Ability to solve problems and propose solutions
Strong technical leadership, negotiating skills and technical decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
